Cabreragroup LLC is currently seeking a  Marine Logistics Scheduler for our client, an international trading company,  with offices in
Houston,  TX.  Experience marine scheduler for both ships and barges.  Familiar with marine charter party agreements.  Three-ten
year plus experience, knowledge in handling liquid petroleum and chemical products is a must.  Degree preferred, but not required.

art production facilities in locations ideal for the manufacture and delivery of biodiesel at competitive prices,  Corporate office is

Duties & Responsibilities        Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
1)                Reports and coordinates domestic and international vessels/barges to provide accurate status/position  for sales.
2)                Coordinates both Rail and Tank Truck logistics activity
3)                Manages Rail Car fleet.
4)                Completes all documentation as it applies to ship, barge, rail and tank truck shipments both international and domestic.
5)                Produces and maintains sales contracts and sales invoices.
6)                Provides and receives customers with vessel nomination for approval.
7)                Coordinates with vessel brokers and vessel marine agents for timely and accurate deliveries to minimize costs.
8)                Provides discharge instructions and terminal draft requirements,
9)                Coordinates with terminal storage facility for delivery and clearance of product.
10)              Coordinates with internal inspector to clear inspection services
11)              Records and tracks purchases, sales, inventory, inspection, and storage costs. • Negotiates with customers or
demurrage claims.
12)              Reports weekly transactions to Corporate office for future market calculations.
13)              Manages profit and loss controls
