Cabreragroup, LLC offers three recruiting plans to assist you, the hiring authority, in finding the best qualified candidate to fill your personnel needs.

Retained Searches: This method of search is most consistently used at specialized levels. A retained search requires an up front payment of 1/3 of the estimated fee, an
additional 1/3 to be paid 30 days into the search and the final 1/3 payment to be paid within 10 days of the start date. We will not accept a retained search unless we are confident
within the specific area of the search. All retained searches must be approved by the Managing Partner. Fee's are established at time of engagement.

Exclusivity Searches: We offer the opportunity to provide your next employee using this search program. Though not a retained search but similar to the retained search except
that the fee is reduced in consideration that the employer use only our firm for an agreed period of time i.e, 30 days. We will direct all our efforts in finding the best qualified
candidate if given the time to research the market.

Contingency Searches: When looking for the best candidate most firms prefer a contingency search. The search firm is paid only when the candidate is hired. Cabreragroup,
LLC, partners & associates are also very experienced in this type of search. We are happy to work on contingency terms.
